AI prompts for real VA tasks.

56 fill-in-the-blank prompts for the tasks clients pay you for. Replace everything in [BRACKETS], paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, then edit what comes out before anyone else sees it.

How to use these prompts

1

Fill every bracket. A prompt with blanks left in gives you generic output. The more specific the input, the less you rewrite.

2

Strip private data first. Swap real names, emails and account numbers for placeholders. Read the 4 rules below.

3

Edit before you send. AI gives you a first draft. You are still the one responsible for what the client sees.

The library

Search by task or tool, or filter by job below. Press Save on the ones you use every week and they show up under the Saved filter.

4 rules before you paste anything

Break these and you can lose a client in one afternoon. I have seen it happen.

Never paste passwords or private client data

No logins, card numbers, bank details, customer addresses, medical info or anything under an NDA. Replace names with [CLIENT] and [CUSTOMER]. If you would not post it in a Facebook group, do not paste it into a chatbot.

Check every fact

AI makes up prices, dates, links, laws and quotes, and it says them with full confidence. Open every source. Recheck every number. Time zones and daylight saving are where it goes wrong most.

Make it sound like you

Clients can spot "I hope this email finds you well" from across the room. Cut the filler, shorten the sentences, and use the words you and the client use every day. Your Slack messages and your AI drafts should not sound like two different people.

Ask about the client's AI policy

Some clients ban AI tools. Some only allow their own company account. Some are fine with it. Ask in week one: "Are you okay with me using AI tools for drafts? I never paste private data." Then follow the answer.
