Scripts for awkward client moments.
Most VAs lose money because they avoid one uncomfortable message. Pick the situation, fill in the blanks, then copy and send. Every script is short, polite and firm, because that's the tone clients reply to.
These fill into every script. Everything you type is saved.
Rules for every awkward message
Send it in writing
Calls are fine for discussing. Decisions about money, scope and hours go in writing, so nobody "remembers it differently" later.
Don't over-apologise
One "sorry" when it's your fault. Zero when you're asking to be paid or paid more. "Sorry to bother you po" about your own invoice tells them it's optional.
Give a date
"Soon" means nothing. Every script here has a date or a deadline in it. Keep it in.
Send it during their work hours
A message at their 9 AM gets a reply. A message at their 11 PM gets buried. Use the time zone planner if you're not sure.
