Kailami is a free resource library for virtual assistants. This page explains, in plain language, what information is involved when you use it, what happens to that information, and what your rights are.
The short version: the site itself collects nothing about you automatically. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no account to create. The only information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the optional form described in section 3.
Some tools on this site remember your progress so you can close the tab and come back later. That includes The Path (your pace, your commitment, and which of the 30 tasks you have ticked off) and the onboarding checklist.
This information is stored using your browser's local storage, on your own device only. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot see it. Nobody else can either.
Two consequences worth knowing. First, if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch to another device or browser, that progress is gone and cannot be recovered. Second, we set no cookies of our own, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
There is one optional form on the home page asking for your name and email. You never have to fill it in, and nothing on this site is locked behind it. Every tool, template, and guide works whether you submit it or not.
If you do submit it, here is exactly what happens. The form is hosted by Tally, a third-party form service, which processes and stores the submission on our behalf. We use what you send to understand who is using these resources, and to contact you about opportunities to join the VAST Professionals network if you have shown interest.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to unrelated marketing lists.
You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@vastprofessionals.com. We will action it and confirm.
If you apply to join the VAST Professionals network, that application is handled on vastprofessionals.com, which is a separate site with its own privacy practices. Information you submit there is used to assess your application and match you with client work.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads. This is standard practice on the web, but it is a third-party request and you deserve to know it happens.
Outbound links. Templates open in Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service, under their privacy policy, not ours. The same goes for our Facebook page and group, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
We are based in the Philippines and take the Data Privacy Act of 2012 seriously. If you have given us your information, you have the right to know what we hold, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to withdraw your consent, and to have it deleted.
To exercise any of those rights, email hello@vastprofessionals.com. You do not need to give a reason.
These resources are intended for people of working age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their details, email us and we will remove them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
